BMG Construction has done a variety of jobs for me at two of my properties, including: Redoing laundry room (replacing subfloor, insulating the walls, putting in a backwater valve, redoing plumbing, installing a new sink, putting in shelving, new housing for my electrical panel, and a new door to the furnace room). Redoing kitchen (breaking down wall between kitchen and dining room, putting in new pipes, putting in backlights, new electrical outlets, insulating the walls, LED lights, pendant lights, range hood). Redoing tiles on the entrance and first landing, putting in cordurounds, putting in new basement gyprock ceilings with LED lights. Moved doorway from one end of the room to another, put in ceiling light/fan, and radiator in storage room. I highly recommend BMG for their excellent quality work, attention to detail, trustworthiness, doing the work on time, and all at a reasonable price. Whenever I need new construction work done, I proudly choose them as my go to contractor. I give them 4 and a half stars. Go with BMG, you will not be disappointed! Brian Gauthier has been my go-to contractor for years, and he never disappoints. He and his partner completely renovated a condo, from the flooring to removal of a partial wall, finishing both bathrooms and the basement. The first people who visited it ended up buying it. In my current home, they have installed a powder room from a closet space, renovated and reinsulated the front room and installed a staircase to my basement. Brian has laid oak strip flooring in another property. I have no qualms in recommending him highly. Everything he has done has withstood the test of time. He arrives on time and cleans up after each day.
